Hotel was really clean. Whilst basic it offered good value for money, really well located only a few minutes walk from the metro and central train stations or on a good weather day like we experienced only a 30 minute casual stroll to Duomo square. All staff were pleasant and attentive. Hotel could do with some sound proofing as can hear those in the room above but was only minor and not really disruptive. A note is the lift is very small in the hotel so if you’re in a group and have large cases multiple lift trips would be needed or take the stairs.

About a 10 minute easy walk from Milano Centralle, this hotel was perfect for our short overnight stay. The staff were attentive very helpful. We arrived very late after a long day of delayed train travel. We were tired and hungry. The gentleman at Reception gave us good advice on where to dine nearby. They also booked a taxi for early departure the next morning to the airport. Breakfast, even though we didn't have much time was plentiful and delicious with a great buffet on offer.

Great location to explore Milan, just a stone's throw from the central station and metro. It can be loud due to its central location and not the best soundproofing. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. A special mention to the staff, who were always present and very helpful. To be picky, the gym facility (hosted at the sister hotel) was very small, hot, and had very little equipment for strength training. Overall, highly recommended.

Great location, close to central station and very central to all Milan sights. Room was very clean. Housekeeping staff were great as was reception staff. Bruno was great, remembered my room number after only seeing me once briefly which I found impressive with the number of people coming and going. Comfy beds, good showers with hot water. Really great hotel. Would recommend and would stay again in my next visit.

Central location not more than a 5-10 min walk from the central station. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of different choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the lounge area next to the reception and the possibility to store our luggage for a while after checking out so we could visit Milan without having to bring the luggage along.
